Are you a reliable, detail-oriented traveller looking for rewarding work in a beautiful part of Victoria? We’re seeking a motivated all-rounder for a hybrid role based in Apollo Bay — a coastal paradise along the Great Ocean Road.
The Primary Role: Luxury Airbnb Cleaner
We manage high-end holiday homes and are looking for someone with experience in hotel or Airbnb cleaning who takes pride in presentation and understands the attention to detail required to exceed guest expectations. Housekeeping such as cleaning and making of beds are skills you must have done to be considered in a similar role.
The Secondary Role: Choose Your Strength
? Barista – Work at our specialty coffee cafe (latte art & barista experience required)
OR
? Gardening/Handyman – Help with general maintenance, garden upkeep and small tasks across our properties (experience preferred)
Job Details:
✅ 31.25/hour + weekend rates + super
✅ 500 bonus for staying longer than 6 months
✅ Minimum 6-month commitment required
✅ Car essential (travel between properties required)
✅ Staff accommodation available
✅ Work with a fun, supportive team in a laid-back, nature-filled town
About You:
✔️ Experienced in luxury or hotel-standard cleaning
✔️ Barista skills & latte art a must (if working in the cafe)
✔️ Handy and capable outdoors (if taking the gardening role)
✔️ Friendly, reliable and independent
✔️ Physically fit and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
