Green Bean Sorting – Casual Work

?‍♀️ The Role
We’re a local specialty coffee roastery in Banksmeadow and we need a couple of extra pairs of hands to help us sort through green coffee beans. It’s straightforward work — separating out foreign matter (sticks, stones, rogue leaves, etc.) from the beans before they’re roasted.

You’ll be working in a small, friendly team in a clean, well-ventilated workspace. No previous experience is needed — just a sharp eye, steady hands, and a good work ethic.

? Location: Banksmeadow, Sydney
? Schedule: Fridays, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
? Positions Available: 2–3 people per session
? Duration: Ongoing (until approx. 2 tonnes are sorted)
? Pay: Award rates – paid weekly
