Ideally, we are looking for a couple who can successfully live and work with each other for their time with us!
Starting range 01th – 05th August 2025 - North West Coast of Tasmania
Farm & Livestock Hand Role
1100 Cows Solo Operated 60 Unit Rotary Shed with Automatic Cup Removers and Automatic Teat Disinfectant System.
New infrastructure with well-maintained equipment.
About the Role :
Duties to include, however not limited to:
Assist with milking
Assist with calving cows
Assist with feeding calves
Assist with spraying weeds
Assist with temporary and permanent fencing
Assist with yarding cows and young stock driving farm vehicles
Assist with general farm / property maintenance and repairs
No experience needed as Full Training, Support and Personal Protective Equipment will be provided.
Nanny / Au Pair Role
About the Role :
Helping to take care of our 3-year-old son T.J. is the main responsibility
Duties to include, however not limited to:
Everyday tasks like dressing, feeding, playing with him, keep him safe.
Bringing him to school / playgroup and preparing his simple meals.
Taking care of his laundry and personal hygiene
Light domestic duties and town runs will form part of this role.
He is an outdoor child and loves his tractors – so a degree of outdoor farm activities will be expected every day depending on him and the weather.
For this role – we expect someone to have relative past experience either formally or informally and a genuine desire to work with children.

Manual Drivers Licence and your own reliable transport
Must have a current Visa and full working rights for Australia.
Rotating Roster :
To be discussed and agreed
Minimum pay per hour:
Casual @ 28.26 + Superannuation – Taxes
With average 38 + hours per week, Working over split shifts with 3 to 5 hours per shift.
More hours and or days available as required.
Split shifts – for example only
04.00 – 09.00
12.30 – 17.30
07.00 – 12.00
13.00 – 18.00
Rates as per Pastoral Award 2024 and subject to Experience and Skill Set Assessment
Normal time, overtime rates, full time, superannuation, sick leave, public holidays,
annual leave and paid into bank account with payslip emailed fortnightly. 88 days signed off.
Accommodation Available:
Shared Accommodation, off farm is available (under a Licence to Occupy Agreement)
with your own Queen bedroom and shared living space, ( not with employer )
Meaning you will need your own reliable transport and manual driving licence for this role.!.

• Stanley Town - 10-minute drive East from Smithton, the Historic Fishing Town of Stanley with an Ancient extinct Volcano, the iconic “Nut” with its own chairlift, see the Little Fairy Penguins at Godfrey’s beach or visit Highfield House original home to the Chief Agent of Van Diemen’s Land Company.

• Maybe you are a surfer – catch a wave at the Edge of the World or at Marrawah’s Green Point – home to Tasmania’s Premier 3-day Surf Event (March every year)
