Job Description
At Port Road Vet Clinic we believe in being a client centred practice and strive to offer amazing customer service and personalised care.
We have built a talented and motivated team who love their jobs and provide excellent medical and surgical care while keeping a close relationship with our clients.
Right now, we have an exciting opportunity to get on board as we continue to grow. This position would suit an honest, hardworking, experienced nurse with an interest in medical and surgical cases.
The clinic has a loyal client base. We are computerised with Ezyvet, IDEXX in house analyser, Vet Radar; Digital X- rays, CR7 dental x-ray, ultrasound, full dental suite, surgery, multiparameter vital sign monitor, bair hugger, HotDog, inspired air heaters.
The clinic currently opens 8am-7pm Monday-Friday. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and all public holidays.
The suitable candidate will be:
-Experience and interest in hospital care and anaesthesia
-Someone who works well in a team and can accept feedback
-Willing to share knowledge with less experienced members of the team
-Great with clients and have a positive attitude- A PEOPLE person
-Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Have a positive, can-do attitude
