Casual Customer Service & Dispatch Assistant

Immediate Start. Australian Resort & Ready to Wear brand SUBOO is seeking a Customer Service & Dispatch Assistant for our Rosebery head office location.

This role requires someone energetic and outgoing who is wanting to gain all round knowledge of a well-established fashion label.
You will be responsible for managing the dispatch of online orders, giving you the opportunity to be taught valuable skills within Operations and E-commerce. In addition, you will be managing the Rosebery store to achieve sales budgets, build relationships with retail customers by providing excellent levels of customer service, maintain beautiful store presentation and visual merchandising.

This role will have you leading:
• Excellent customer service
• The presentation of your store
• The drive for results, exceeding sales budgets for the store

You are someone who has:
• Relevant fashion industry experience preferred and or studying business or recently
• Strong knowledge of the Australian fashion market
• Self-motivated, confident, and dependable
• Skilled at closing a sale
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience using Excel
• Excellent people skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service
• An impeccable eye for detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• An ability to work collaboratively in a busy office environment with competing priorities
• Can-do attitude!
