Wake Boat Brand Rep, Market & Boat Crew – Gold Coast Wake Boat Adventures

We are looking for an energetic, adventurous individual to join our team as a Brand Rep & Market Crew Member for our growing wake boat experience and merch brand Liquid Playground. You’ll be the face of the brand at the buzzing Surfers Paradise night markets and on the boat itself—interacting with the public, drawing attention, making sales, and encouraging bookings.

If you love the outdoors, the water, connecting with people, and being part of something fun and fast-paced—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

*Represent Gold Coast Wake Boat Adventures and Liquid Playground brand at markets *Attract and engage people walking past the stall *Promote and sell our epic clothing and merch *Convert market interest into wake boat bookings *Assist on the boat during select wakeboarding/wakesurfing sessions, including guest support *Join in trips to Tipplers and other Broadwater spots during guest outings *Help set up and pack down the market stall

-You love the ocean, water sports, and adventure
-You’re naturally outgoing and confident talking to strangers
-You enjoy being active and on your feet
-You’re reliable and bring good energy to everything you do
-You’re well-presented, friendly, and approachable
-You thrive in a social atmosphere and love meeting people from around the world
-Bonus points if you have sales, promo, or hospitality experience—but not essential. Full training will be provided.
