Job Title: Skilled Labourer - Construction
Location: Dandenong VIC
Pay Rate: $40 per hour
Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:06 PM

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a number of skilled and reliable Labourers to join our construction team. This role is suited for individuals with hands-on experience in construction, particularly with steel framing, subfloor installation, and insulated floor panels. The successful candidates will be expected to carry out various tasks, including but not limited to insulation, painting, and other duties as directed by the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Steel Framing: Assist in the installation and assembly of steel framing.
- Subfloor Installation: Help in the installation of subfloors and insulated floor panels.
- General Construction Tasks: Carry out additional duties such as insulation and painting as directed by the supervisor.
- Tool Usage: Operate hand and power tools, including drills and impact drivers.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and use of basic PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in construction and steel framing.
- Experience with subfloor installation and insulated floor panels.
- Ability to perform tasks such as insulation and painting.
- Must own a drill and impact driver.
- Basic PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required.
- Working with children check is desirable.
- Forklift certification is advantageous.

Additional Information:
- This is a casual ongoing position with a pay rate of $40 per hour.
- Hours of work are from 7:00 AM to 3:06 PM.
- A positive, hardworking attitude is essential.
